Introduction to yoga
definition
The prevention of the mind is yoga. Yoga is the feeling of being free from sorrow and achieving joy. Scholars have their own views about the word yoga. Some scholars have taken the word yoga in the sense of 'disconnection', 'industry' and 'coincidence', while some people call yoga the disconnection of spirit and nature. Some say that it is the name of a particular industry or endeavor, with the help of which one takes himself to the pinnacle of progress. In this connection, some people think that Yoga is the name of a combination of God and a creature. The truth is that these three parts are included in yoga. The ultimate objective is coincidence, which requires industry and the nature of the industry itself is to be disconnected from nature.
